I have been practicing in this field for over 15 years, having the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I enjoy continued education in the areas of treating depression and anxiety, coping with chronic illness, grief, parenting, gender health, relationships, life transitions, and trauma.

I believe my role as a therapist is to create a safe and open environment and instill hope for finding solutions. I believe in a strength based approach that allows clients to build upon what they already have to achieve their goals. I believe in an individualized plan that is collaborative and client centered.

To have a successful therapeutic experience, it is important to give yourself the compassion and grace it takes to prioritize your own support needs.
